🛰️ Official Lunar Registry Return Policy
Purchasing a lunar land parcel from the Official Lunar Registry is a personalized and symbolic process. Once a parcel is selected, registered, recorded, and assigned to you, it becomes part of our permanent ownership record.
Because each order involves:
- Custom document creation
- Manual registry entry
- Digital certificate generation
- And (for physical delivery) preparation and packaging
…we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. We do not resell previously issued parcels or reassign Lunar territory once allocated.
🧾 Under the Lunar Uniform Commercial Code §47.3-A, all issued parcels are considered non-returnable celestial keepsakes or memorabilia.
Your purchase is final — just like your place in the stars.
Here’s the legal fine print:
All sales are final.
✅ Due to the customized, unique and personalized nature of Lunar land parcel transactions, all sales are final.
✅ Once a parcel is registered and allocated, no cancellations or returns are accepted, without exception.
You may, however, sell, trade, transfer or exchange your property to anyone you choose, at any price or terms that both parties accept.
If we make an error in processing your order, we will correct the error, update the ownership data, and provide you with replacement documents at no additional cost to the client.
If you have provided incorrect information in your order, including (but not limited to) misspelled or incomplete name(s) or other data, incorrect delivery addresses or related information, or if you provide corrected information of any kind after your order has been processed and ownership documents (including either printed documents and/or PDF copies) have been either produced, printed, shipped, or forwarded to you by any means (including direct email or a third-party service, such as Hightail), whether or not you have received or accessed the documents in any form, you are solely responsible for any and all costs associated with correcting the error, including any and all costs related to reprinting documents (including physical documents or PDF/eDocs) and any and all costs related to the processing and shipping of such documents.
