Due to the international coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is limiting, restricting or suspending deliveries to more than 100 countries on a temporary basis due to the unavailability of service in those locations.

The lack of international flights or other transportation to and from international destinations is also affecting deliveries.

As a result, the International Lunar Lands Registry (Lunar Registry) is holding documents packets that were planned for delivery to about 110 countries in which either the foreign postal operator service is suspended, or transportation to those countries is unavailable. Packets will be shipped immediately upon the resumption of service.

India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, the Philippines and South Africa are among the nations affected due to the suspension or restriction of service involving international parcels. Please click here for the full list of affected locations.

Shipments within the United States and to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Japan, China, Australia and New Zealand are not currently suspended. Impacts on service quality for inbound and outbound mail are expected, however, due to the health emergency, according to postal bulletins.

In addition, we note that other international carriers, including UPS, DHL and FedEx, are also restricting service to many of the same countries. In some cases, these carriers are only offering non-guaranteed express service without specified delivery dates. The Lunar Registry does not offer express delivery via UPS or FedEx unless the client selects to use their own shipping account.

Until further notice, The Lunar Registry will provide electronic delivery (PDF via email) at no additional charge to any customer affected by the suspension. Customers in affected countries must select the PDF option when making their purchase, and use discount code FREEPDF when checking out.
